Panic attack disorders and panic attacks typically last for several minutes, while there are reports of those lasting as long as 10-20 minutes for more severe cases. The feeling of a panic attack typically mimics that of a heart attack. Those that experience a panic attack will typically experience future attacks. The problem with panic attack disorder is that the event is so traumatic and intense that it can leave a permanent imprint in a persons psyche, allowing future attacks to occur easier and at much more frequent intervals. Someone that has repeated attacks with no apparent reason, whether it be physical or emotional, is said to have a panic attack disorder.
Panic Attack Disorder Relief
The problem with panic attack disorder solutions and relief is that they work in one of two categories, coping mechanism treatment or post attack relief. The first, coping mechanism help, deals with helping an individual that experiences panic attack disorder find ways to cope with future panic attacks. While the second provides solutions for those that have just experienced a panic attack.
Panic attack disorder is typically caused by various reasons, although the solution for permanent panic attack relief isn't in a 30 step program, hypnosis, or even guided meditation. Thankfully I found a program that helped me stop panic attacks forever, leaving my panic attack disorder non-existant. The program helped me identify why I was experiencing my panic attacks, and how to deal with the issues head on. Rather than giving me solutions on how to cope, it gave me a permanent solution on how to never have them again.
